    • Subscription plans (monthly, annual, or any other billing cycle)
    • One-time purchases or add-ons
    • Service fees or setup charges
    • Any other digital product or service offered by HyperInboxes

    Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. We strongly encourage users to review their selections carefully before completing any purchase.

    • If a user has been charged multiple times due to a billing system error.

  15. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund under the following circumstances:

    • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
    • Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
    • Abusive behavior towards our staff or misuse of our platform.
    • Attempting to reverse payments or initiate chargebacks without valid reason.

    If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our policies, you will not be eligible for a refund.
