- 3.1 Account Setup
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and maintain the security of their credentials. Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts.
- 3.2 Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.
- 3.3 Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
- Use the service for illegal or unethical activities.
- Introduce malware, phishing attempts, or any activity that disrupts services.
- Payment Terms

All service fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable, including cases where third-party purchases are non-refundable.
- 4.2 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew each month. Users may cancel anytime via their account dashboard, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the billing cycle.

HyperInboxes grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their internal business needs.

HyperInboxes retains ownership of all intellectual property, software, and branding associated with the service.
